Terms and Conditions for Subscriber’s Form

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Subscriber’s form (“Form”) provided by Xclu6if Homes and Property Ltd (“Xclu6if”), a real estate firm. By accessing or using the Form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information in the Form. Any inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays or inaccuracies in the services provided by Xclu6if.

Personal Information: By submitting the Form, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information by Xclu6if in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Xclu6if will handle your personal information securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Non-Disclosure: Any information provided by you in the Form shall be treated as confidential by Xclu6if. Xclu6if will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Purpose of Form: The Form is intended for prospective clients or individuals interested in real estate/investments services offered by Xclu6if. Any misuse of the Form or submission of false information may result in legal action.

No Obligation: Submitting the Form does not create any obligation on the part of Xclu6if to provide services or enter into any agreements with you. Xclu6if reserves the right to decline or terminate any prospective client relationship at its discretion.

Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided in the Form, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Xclu6if and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Form without prior written consent from Xclu6if.

Limitation of Liability: Xclu6if shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Form or reliance on any information provided therein.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Modification of Terms: Xclu6if reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Xclu6if website or notification through other means.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By submitting the Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Form.

Termination of Contract: The client must provide a 90-day notice. Upon management’s approval of the termination, the client will forfeit 30% of the deposit paid.

NOTE: All cash / cheque payment must be paid into our designated company’s bank account in favour of Xclu6if Homes and Properties Ltd.

Xclu6if Homes and Properties Ltd will not be liable for any payment not made directly into our designated bank account.
